It's been a while since I've been able to work with a sweet newborn girl.  As a mother of 3 boys and one girl it's so much fun to get those moments when we get to play dress up with the girls right? Sweet Penelope was just that.  I had just bought this sweet sunflower tieback when Penelope's mother reached out to me.  She also informed me how her husband's first flowers that he bought her were sunflowers, so needless to say this set up was so meant to be.
